Teenage boys need positive men who can walk alongside them—not simply to provide answers, but to model resilience, vulnerability, respect and what it means to be present. Yet the relationship works both ways. Our boys challenge us to listen differently, to be more patient, curious and open, and ultimately teach us how to become more present in all our relationships. Time spent together outdoors creates shared experiences, conversations and challenges that strengthen trust and form bonds between men and boys that can last a lifetime.

Boys: 13 – 17 years of age and must be accompanied by a responsible father, guardian, father-figure (family friend) adult.
WHAT’S INVOLVED
The Men In Flight: Father-Son program is a purpose designed retreat to support young men coming into adulthood partnered with their father, or a father-figure/mentor.
During this retreat, participants will look deeply into what it is to be a man with a focus on building mental fitness skills, developing their relationships with their father/father-figure/mentor and setting the platform to build strong leadership qualities.
The retreat is also focused on building life-changing experiences to be shared as a father/son, or mentor/son that can be held onto as a life-altering connection shared.
Activities include;
NSW Snowy Mountains: Fly fishing, camping, mountain biking, hiking, campfire cooking and cold-water experiences—all designed around shared challenge, adventure and meaningful time together in the outdoors.
NSW Far South Coast: Beach fishing, bait foraging, estuary lure and fly fishing, mountain biking, beach hikes, open-fire cooking and relaxed cabin accommodation—creating opportunities to explore, learn new skills and reconnect with one another.
Cost
Booking Fee:$1,950.00 per father-son pair (twin share/either location)
Inclusions:
This is an all-inclusive program, featuring accommodation in incredible oceanfront locations or at remote, private streamside camps in the NSW Snowy Mountains. All meals, specialist equipment and camp gear are provided, allowing participants to simply arrive and immerse themselves in the experience. Every element of the program is complemented by world-class facilitation from our experienced team, creating the space for adventure, connection and meaningful time together.
