Program Details
WHO CAN JOIN?
The MTB Muster is open to anyone ready to be part of a team of 20 riders committed to making a difference.
Whether you’re a past participant, partner, friend, sibling, or a young shredder riding alongside a parent, if you’re ‘Ride-Ready’ and ‘Commitment-Ready’, we’d love to have you join us.
WHAT DOES “RIDE-READY” MEAN?
– Confident riding Green (easy–intermediate) and Blue (intermediate) trails
– Physically prepared for 3.5 consecutive days of riding (150km total)
– Equipped with a reliable bike (owned or hired locally)
– Comfortable being self-sufficient on the trails
– Suitable bikes include E-bikes or trail MTB bikes (120mm+ dual suspension recommended)
WHAT DOES “COMMITMENT-READY” MEAN?
This event supports The Fly Program, helping others access life-changing mental fitness retreats.
Team Fundraising Goal: $50,000.00+
Individual Fundraising Commitment: $3,500 per rider/family group
All funds support men to attend Men in Flight Mental Fitness Retreats (2026–27) —especially those facing financial barriers..
The Fly Program Scholarship Fund is essential in ensuring these opportunities are accessible to those who need them most.
WHY JOIN?
If you’re drawn to adventure, enjoy being part of a supportive team, and want a challenge that pushes your limits—this is for you.
You’ll have time to train, time to fundraise, and the backing of a team that will support you every step (and pedal) of the way.
