Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a retreat with The Fly Program, participants acknowledge and agree to the following booking, payment, transfer and cancellation terms.

1. Booking & Deposit

A 50% deposit of the total retreat fee is required to confirm and secure your booking.

All deposits are non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and your booking may be transferred to an alternative available retreat date in accordance with the conditions below.

2. Final Payment

The remaining 50% of the retreat fee is due one month (30 days) prior to the commencement of the retreat.
Unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed directly with The Fly Program team, all retreat fees must be finalised by this date.

3. Changing Your Retreat Date – More Than 30 Days’ Notice

If your circumstances change and you provide more than 30 days’ notice, you may transfer your booking to another available Fly Program retreat date without penalty.

Transfers are subject to availability and any applicable difference in the fee for the
alternative retreat.

4. Changes or Cancellations Within 30 Days

If you need to cancel your attendance within 30 days of the retreat, the following options are available:

 A 50% refund of the total retreat fee may be provided; or
 Where possible, The Fly Program may arrange to transfer your booking to an
alternative available retreat date.

Any transfer is subject to availability and should be arranged directly with The Fly
Program team.

Unless otherwise agreed with The Fly Program, the full retreat fee remains due within
the 30-day period.

5. Cancellations Within 48 Hours

If you cancel your attendance within 48 hours of the retreat commencement, no refund will be available.

Where exceptional circumstances arise, participants are encouraged to contact The Fly Program team as soon as possible. Any alternative arrangements will be considered at The Fly Program’s discretion and subject to availability.

6. General

The Fly Program understands that unexpected circumstances can arise and will endeavour to work with participants wherever reasonably possible. Any changes, transfers or alternative payment arrangements must be agreed directly with The Fly
Program team.

By paying your deposit and confirming your retreat booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
