The Men In Flight: Father-Son program is hosted in Black Bream Point, Narooma on the beautiful NSW Sapphire Coast for a 4-day, world-class mental fitness retreat.

Participants must be at least 14 years of age and must be accompanied by a responsible father, guardian, father-figure (family friend) adult.
WHAT’S INVOLVED
The Men In Flight: Father-Son program is a purpose designed retreat to support young men coming into adulthood partnered with their father, or a father-figure/mentor.
During this retreat, participants will look deeply into what it is to be a man with a focus on building mental fitness skills, developing their relationships with their father/father-figure/mentor and setting the platform to build strong leadership qualities.
The retreat is also focused on building life-changing experiences to be shared as a father/son, or mentor/son that can be held onto as a life-altering connection shared.
Activities include; Conventional fishing (coastline and estuary), saltwater fly fishing, ocean foraging, beach hikes, nature experiences, ocean-to-fire cooking experiences and cold water therapy.
COST
Booking Fee: $1,800.00 per father-son pair (twin share)
This is an all-inclusive program, supplied with incredible ocean front accommodation, meals and hire of specialist fly and conventional fishing equipment complemented with world-class facilitation by our team.
The Fly Program have heavily subsidised fees through our special family of supporters around Australia who make regular tax-deductible donations to make this possible, as well as our corporate partners.
We are pleased to have The Fly Program Scholarship Program that can partially, or fully support you through the program.
