I will be riding in the Snowies Mountain Bike Festival in early Feb, supporting The Fly Program. A men’s mental health charity delivering life-changing experiences delivered in the great Australian outdoors, programs connected to nature, designed to review and build mental fitness and empower participants to take action on their well-being.
