I am extremely lucky to have a loving family, an amazing group of mates, a brilliant work team, and a phenomenally supportive business community with @LiveLifeBuild. On paper, it might look like I have got it all together.
But the truth is, I still navigate the highs and lows and at times anxiety stalls me in my tracks. There are moments where that heavy feeling of ‘not good enough’ creeps in. Sound familiar?
That is why I am so grateful for organisations like @The Fly Program, which exists to support men during life’s most challenging times. I am raising much needed funds to help a brother in need access The Fly Program while also aiming to empower and strengthen the people nearest and dearest to me.
